Job Description/Duties:

 Answering phones

 Scheduling

 Prioritizing urgency

 Coordinating with pharmacies

 Answering client questions

 Relaying information to clients and staff

 Preparing bills/invoices

 Providing estimates and financial updates to clients

 Monitoring incoming and outgoing prescriptions

 Filling prescriptions

 Coordinating referrals
