General Information

Do I need an appointment?

Ideally, we work by appointment which can be requested by calling 505-898-1491. If you have an emergency please give us a call and we will do the best we can to provide you pet care or guide you where to go.

*A deposit is required to hold your appointment slot, including surgerys.

What types of pets do you see?

Our veterinarians specialize in the care of cats and dogs.

Are we accepting new clients?

Yes, we are accepting new clients. Give us a call at 505-898-1491 to schedule your appointment.

*Calling us for an appointment is the most efficient way to get your pet scheduled.

Hours of operation ?

We are open 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday.

Where are we located?

We are located at the southwest corner of Thomas Lane and Alameda Blvd.

*(Heading East on Alameda) Past the Rio Grande River, heading east on Alameda Blvd: Pass over the river then approximately 1/4 mile past the river we will be on the right hand side.

*(Heading West on Alameda) We are approximately 1 mile past 4th Street, on your left hand side. You can turn left on Thomas Lane and enter our East parking lot.

**Main parking lot is on the left side of the building.

Types of services we offer ?

We specialize in the care of cats and dogs, from the time of birth and throughout their entire life. Under our "services tab", you can see a broader range of illnesses/diseases/surgical options we offer our patients.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the VERY HIGH demand for appointment slots , we have been forced to introduce a cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

This fee will be applied at the next appointment. All appointments receive e-mail and text message reminders.

Please help us serve the Albuquerque pet population by giving at least 24 hours notice of cancellation so someone else's pet can receive care.
